Brothers sorry for making you read all this, because I know none of you are going to be a problem on the server, but it has to be done just as a security matter to protect my lodge. Its something that has to be done by law or my lodge could be opened up to any number of ugly circumstances.

Server Admin

Agreement to terms
The Morning Star Lodge Community Server is a web-based community provided by the Morning Star Lodge No.734 to encourage interaction between Freemason from all over the world.

In this environment users are encouraged to answer questions, share experiences and give advice to their fellow users. While the server administration may occasionally post information, they are not expected to provide technical support or other official replies in the forum, but will do their best to answer any questions you have.

Moderator Intervention
Morning Star Lodge Community Server has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and/or moderate the Morning Star Forums. Morning Star Lodge Community Server reserves the right to change any or all other parts of this User Agreement at its sole discretion and without notice, including but not limited to implementing Rules of Conduct, Terms of Service and/or other measures.

The Morning Star Lodge Community Server Moderator’s goal is not to play Forum cop. They will make occasional changes and comments. We encourage you to send comments and suggestions using the report abuse tool in the main forum page.

By registering with the Morning Star Lodge Community Server, users agree that any post the moderators consider inappropriate may be removed at the moderator’s sole discretion. Use of the Morning Star Lodge Community Server is a privilege, not a right. Morning Star Lodge Community Server also has the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke server privileges at any time without notice.

Questionable Content
Although the Morning Star Lodge Community Server is not public we ask that you behave as you would if you were in a public place. These issues are left to the discretion of the moderator, but may include any material that is knowingly false or defamatory, misleading, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, that otherwise violates any law, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense.

Morning Star Lodge Community Server is not responsible for messages posted on the Morning Star Lodge Community Server Forums or the content therein. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this includes messages posted by Morning Star Lodge Community Server personnel, agents, representatives et al.

Copyrighted Material
Morning Star Lodge Community Server forum users agree not to post any material that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the permission of the owner(s) of said copyright, trademark or other proprietary right.

Racial, Sexual, and Religious Attacks
The Morning Star Lodge Community Server forums are a large, diverse community. Please realize other posters are likely to hold different opinions than you. Since we embrace diversity and creativity, any attacks or hateful speech regarding race, religion, or sexual preference will not be tolerated, and repeat offenders will be banned.

Flaming, Bashing, and Trolling
Hate posts and personal attacks will not be tolerated on the Morning Star Lodge Community Server forums. Treat other forum members as you would like to be treated. Unproductive trash talk will be met with criticism and possible disciplinary action including banishment. The same rules apply to trolling – or posting topics specifically to provoke a negative response.

Profanity
We encourage users of all age groups and beliefs, so please refrain from using offensive language.

What’s acceptable? If it’s a word you hear on primetime network TV, it’s probably acceptable.

Replacing a few letters with an asterisk or other symbols is not allowed.

Adult Content
We encourage users of all age groups and beliefs so please keep any images in the PG-13 category or they will be deleted, and the user warned.

Spam
Spamming the Morning Star Lodge Community Server forums with senseless, inane, or empty messages to increase your post count, or simply to aggravate, will not be allowed.

This includes such things as chain letters and two-word "I agree" or "me too" responses. Continually posting the same topic on a particular board, and posting the same question across several forums is also considered spamming, and is a violation of this TOS.

Advertising
Morning Star Lodge Community Server does not allow any form of advertising, therefore promoting websites or products in the forum is inappropriate. Hyperlinks to 3rd party web sites are allowed only if they pertain directly to the discussion topic.

Piracy and Warez
Morning Star Lodge Community Server has a very strict policy against piracy and the illegal use of copyrighted material. Linking or giving information about any site that distributes illegal software, seeking help in circumventing copyright laws, possessing or distributing illegal copyrighted material, or encouraging software or media piracy are all grounds for account termination. This goes for all copyrighted material, including but not limited to software, music, videos and games.

Please do not post serial numbers or CD keys in the Forums.

Impersonating Other Users, Accessing another User's Account, Holding Multiple Usernames
You may not impersonate another forum member. Accessing someone else's account or attempting to access another poster's account is strictly prohibited. Users are restricted to a single username.

Off-Topic Posts
There are many forums available for posts, each with a specific focus. Off-topic posts will be moved to the proper forum, and further action may be taken against repeat offenders.
